Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription whenever you like — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and nothing renews after that.
Nothing is deleted. Your report history, cycle logs and medication records stay exactly as they are — you simply return to Free-tier limits on new AI usage.
