By creating a Womezo account or using womezo.in or health.womezo.in, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Womezo account. Teen-focused features are available only under a parent or guardian's account, with their verifiable consent.

Womezo's AI Medical Report Interpreter, AI Assistant, and related features provide general health information and organizational support. They are not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you believe you're experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the platform to harm others, attempt to access another user's data, upload content you don't have the right to share, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or use Womezo unlawfully.

Content generated by Womezo's AI is produced by machine learning models and may contain errors. It's provided for informational purposes and should be verified with a qualified professional.

Womezo's software, design, and branding are our property. Your health data and content remain yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Womezo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We'll notify you in-app and by email before material changes take effect.
